About Jesseñia Melise
Hola! My name is Jesseñia Melise and I’m an afro-latina, Christian, wife, mom, and Certified Mental Health Coach, passionate about helping others fulfill their potential.

I’ve always been an advocate for wellness, which led me to degrees in biology and nursing, but as I entered the health industry, it felt more like “the sick industry”. After 8 years of working and watching the wellness industry expand, and after having experienced serious postpartum depression that rocked me in a way I didn’t expect (even with a degree in nursing and strong faith in God), a fire ignited under me to get training in the mental health area.
Now, more than ever before, I’d like to help empower others in their wellness journey — including their mental health journey — by professionally supporting them to achieve their goals. Mental health coaching allows for me to marry my long-time desire to help people get un-stuck, with my health background. As someone who is passionate about where faith meets mental health, you won’t just have an advocate when you work with me, you’ll have a champion cheering you on!
